Nurburgring......................

We got in at 11.10pm, really excellent trip! None stop laughing, such a good crack! Can't wait to do it again, 4 days spent having the piss ripped out of me cause I'm Essex......shut upppp! And Robbie cause his gay, and gaz cause in his car he looks like a 12 year old joy rider!! Such a good few days, dangerous Dave needs to be the I.E.O  international events organiser! Lol

Colin pulled! Unfortunately it was two German boys that were besotted with his irishnes! Lol and they had a rather unhealthy obsession with English hooligans!

What a trip tho, was well worth the drive down, roll on next time

Everyone all depressed on the ferry because were coming home

Yep was brill, Gutted im home didn't want to open my eyes tis morning as I knew I was waking up in the wrong place  

No one had any trouble atall, all cars were spot on

what a way to lose your trackday cherry on one of the most riskiest circuits in the world so fair play to you for having the balls to get out there and do it, I know others that have been out there in the past and not had the balls for it so well donr the lot of you.

the loony of the trip had to be daves mate stu, the guys a total nutter and should be on the stage.

not gonna write about everything and everyone as there was sooooo much to write about but just loved every minute of it and cant wait for our planned trip next year.

all the cars ran great with only dastardly dave having a slight prob with a burst clutch pipe which a bit of gaffer tape sorted, which aint bad considering the really high ambient temps of 38 degrees.

when we got back to the uk last night I had around 4 twats trying to edge me and my car into a race down the m20 but bobby just didn't want to play I was all done in with racing for a bit.

the big irish bloke colin has some onboard footage of my gtr withy him and his gf in the back on the one lap I did..........was meant to be a steady lap but I don't do steady lol ended up chasing a gt3 then got overtook by a german in a radical sr3 so we decided to have it and go chase the radical then overtook that too.
don't know what the lap time was but was deffo sub 9 mins which aint too bad for an idiot abroad in a big car carrying nearly 50 stone in total.

went for a passenger ride with dangerous dave in his near total bog standard car and very well done to him, he could not possibly have got any more from that car, very good driver.

theres also daves brother 'will' who lost his trackday cherry in a beemer, his gf really did not want him to go on track but glad to see he was wearing the trousers and did it.
think she also had some vid footage of a flyby (or 2) I did on the autobahn, was gonna go for a 200mph one but clare started looking at me angrily after 160mph so had to back off before I got a left hook  

brilliant time guys, well done all of you  

And now with all the story's I realy am gutted lol
guess I could always hire a car next year depending on what I has then and air con sounded a nice luxury by them temps you had!

Paul, aircon was a must!!! Don't know how they survived the journey there without it! I did put my arm out the car window occasionally just so I could understand their suffering!  

Maybe if I feel confident in the old girl I'll go next year...

what sorts of speed did you travel at going there then?
Other than the odd spurt? as I may have something to go out there with but not that practical lol

and it's nice that you care for the community so much testing the weather out lol

I'm all heart Paul   we was doing probably steady 80/90mph with the occasional fly by for good measure! It was such a wicked few days, even the road trip was a laugh! Side by side convos between cars at speed and the odd trying to throw missiles through stu's window at Colin!!

Yep very good trip with top people & well worth the drive,even if I did look like a kid driving my own car  
Had such a laugh. I couldn't believe the feeling of being on the nurburgring & it feels like your only on it for 2 mins even tho its 13 miles long. Realy enjoyed the whole trip

Was good to meet everyone & put names to faces :)all a good bunch & made the trip 1 to remember.

Was a good trip away and I will try and up load some photos tonight.

I don't know how I made it the with no air con an not killing Dana lol

still would love to go but might have a old f100 Chevy powered truck so don't know what a 3 speed auto would be like lol don't know about taking it round the ring tho lol just the cruise there and oh beer

probably wont be the ring next year paul, were aiming at doing le mans and a spa trackday combined with a great road trip, but our new ieo (dave) will get some details up as theres a few definates for this already after the success of this years trip.
will need to be booked early though as were planning on getting a huge villa so will let dave explain all within next few weeks so it gives all those interested in going lots and lots of time to save up etc
