Could really do with getting some dates for this! It's creeping up slowly and still have nothing sorted

Is there anyone else on here wants and can organise this trip?

I will go for sure but what with the other events I'm organising, massive workload with the rolling road now in place, plus all the other things im trying to do I just have 0 spare time  

So with that in mind we need another guy on the forum (who's trusted, unlike the last one) to sort these overseas events, make bookings and so forth so in other words an 'international events organiser

currently, no weekends free in July or the last weekend in June. As for weekdays waiting for the website up date free days as they have only done up to the end of May. so as it stands not much to be able to arrange as yet. what's peoples thoughts of going during the week?

If you need help the mrs works within travel but I have trouble organising myself lol

Don't really care who does it tbh as long as someone sorts it as I really just have not got the time. 
I know Danny and trust him implicitly andknow his mate organises events on a semi pro basis so will source the best possible prices for us but obviously he wants some reward for his hours of searching to get the best possible deals in terms of cost and great hotels.
So I for one would be fine paying an extra score as he could save more than that with what you get.

Pete........same goes for you, I don't know you very well but would not have a prob with you organising it either as like myself you just want to go and have a good time so will leave it with others to make a swift decision on what they want.

The only thing I would like is a descent hotel with bar or bar close by.

A date when we can do the ring when the gp curcuit is open as that really is a must do crazy place and one of the most exciting circuits ive ever done in my life with bikes on track at the same time as cars.

Don't care whether it's a weekday or weekend trip but 5 days just flies by so not worth booking less time as 2 days of that is travelling there and back

right a few dates available,

GP track is open 1st, 22nd,29th July, 11th,18,19th august. The Nordschleife is available all those dates as well.

5 day options would be
20th july - 24th july
27th july - 31st july

9th/10th aug - 13th/14th aug
17th aug - 21st aug

euro tunnel will be in the region of £114 per car which is return. Once I have numbers i'll ring them to see if they can do a group discount.

17th to 21st of august would be brill with me danny as that would incorporate the gp circuit too

but depends on everyone else I guess!

That's my 1st choice as well, plus we'd have option of 2 days on Gp track that week. See if suits everyone else as well

It's a majority thing and at the end of the day il go with what the majority want so people should put down dates they prefer and see where we go from there

End of June beggining of July really as I said from the start of the thread, but like you say it's what's best for every one, and if end of August suits everyone better then that's it lol.

End of June beginning July would suit me also as still got a day on the gp curcuit.

Where's all the people gone that wanted to go 

I'm not going to be able to do beginning of july, just to be awkward. I've got roughly 10 days in Spain in June, come back the last week, so I doubt I'll get the time off work and probably be skint. At a push I might be able to do late July, but August would be better. Sorry for being a pain in the arse.

Being realistic I may not have the car back on the road that early so would prefer a later month in the year personally, so I'm not rushing. Are we doing a detour to spa on the way back aswell?

17th would be my prefered date but up to the masses

Reckon it's gonna have to be 17-21st August then guys as the masses simply aren't there and Danny would prefer later date as would I and marky too so it seems.
I also know that at least another 2 cars that would go on that date possibly more, so will be a few of us

Good idea about spa but its grand prix weekend that weekend
