finally had the booking details , each driver should have/be receiving an email so if you could all keep an eye out, fill in the details and return to them, then it should save time when we get there. I assume they will send you your booking reference but ill text or email you just in case

Ring is open Tuesday 5.45pm - 7.30pm, Wednesday/Thursday 5.30pm-7.30pm
GP circuit Tuesday/Wednesday 6pm-8pm

not long to go now, here are a few details of our trip.
think we've all completed our passport details now, just a reminder train is:

latest we need to be there is 10.50. Bob has suggested about meeting at the yard and doing a convey from there, I'd imagine it will be about 8am but if Bob can confirm that. I'll join in after the Dartford crossing. it appears all the lorries on the M20 have now been moved to Manston airport so that's good. I'll probably stop off at the last services before the channel tunnel to fill up.

well we're away for 5 days, no point putting up with a shit hole, best place I could find really which was nearby to track, reasonable, decent and was able to fit us all in oh yeah and had its own bar

What about the services before Dartford crossing?

I'll be joining at 1a or 1b Mark. Will be around 9am ish id imagine. Failing that if we haven't already met up by then if we all stop off at the services at Hythe, junction after Ashford, I can fill up with some v-power then we can all go to the next junction together. I'll double check junction number, its 10 I think but will confirm when I get home.

Will you be doing something like this next year? I'm hoping it will be back on the road this time next year

Johnny - return is Friday 21st August leaving Calais at 16.50 - but if we get back to Calais earlier they can put you on an earlier train if room available.

All - if not meeting at Bobs shall we all  just meet at Junction 11 on the M20 ' STOP 24 SERVICES ' in the shell garage for around 10am. its only a junction or 2 from the train.

Yep let's all meet there then too many meeting points means delays so best all to meet at one place really but some of us will probably end up passing on the way anyway

Danny can you get to mine for 9o/c Saturday morning so can get your gearbox changed, don't want to leave it till late just in case there are any issues

Got to try sort my car out tomorrow, need to do a service, brakes, tyres alignment set up plus a few other bits too so busy busy day tomorrow

Been working on my car as well as getting Danny's box sorted today which means another afternoon down the workshop tomorrow as now gonna have to sort out alignment, tyres change, brakes fitted and diff oils done all tomorrow afternoon........do it every single time I go anywhere always leave everything to last minute, but longs it's done that's the main thing

Have a good trip guys, take lots of photos! wonder who will use the most fuel
