I reckon cam belt stripped in Alfa and shredded teeth, I've seen that a few times but the belt is still on the sprockets but will be shredded on crank, probably oil or water leak has caused it

I went right over the belt inspected every tooth no rips or tears on the belt whatsoever and its still tight ... so not sure if or how its got to that state ....
