Running a bit shit

Cars been off the road for 6 months but I've been out in it today and initially it seemed fine( blew a type R away within 10 mins) but later on it seemed very hesitant before the turbo kicked in and was spluttering low revs in second a couple of times but again went well when turbo kicked in. Only thing I've done is altered the boost pipes that apparently I had wrong to start with according to previous posts. What I've done using 5mm internal silicone hose is replace the pipe from the actuator to the far right side of the top mount and cut a manual boost controller in the middle of it. Blanked off the one from the thick intake and looped the selinoid one. I did wonder that as the boost controller has 3 inlets like a "T" piece I've only used the 2 top ones and if you blow down a top one blanking off the opposite side air comes out the bottom one. Now do I need to blank that one off? Or have I done it right???

What fuel does it have?
Six month old or new full tank of optimax ( other brands are available :-) )

Like I said I'm no expert on anything like this but ive plumbed my boost pipes in more times than I care to remember lol and I have mine setup ok (I think)

Check your boost and vacuum pipes very carefully first of all as sounds like a leak to me, if not il take a look as said

Haha I do have some serious bad luck with my cars at times, It's usually my own fault for doing something stupid though  why in the name of all things holy I thought it was a good idea for me to buy a 24 year old Nissan ill never know

Sorry Darren if my bad luck is somehow contagious but I bet you have missed something simple. Give me a text and I'll pop up tomorrow and have a look with you if you like? Sometimes its good to have fresh pair of eyes. If we don't have any joy pop round to mine on Monday when bobs here and get the Jedi master to work his magic

Worried now as bad luck bill is coming with me Friday to have mine set up at street racers in Leicester . Not only will he be coming but he will be in the car. I have a vision of as soon as he sits down things falling off like a clown car as we drive down the road. By the time we get there we will only have the running gear lol

As for Monday bob I'm at work till 4:30 someone has to go eh bill lol but it would have been nice to see ya

Been out with bill in the car . Over the winter i set the timing to 20 degrees as i have a different ecu from bob which should run about 1.1 bar. However i was still running standard ecu and 11 psi so we swapped them over and turned the boost up to 16 psi snd all seems fine now. Wideband showed ok so off to RR for fueling check friday and if there are any other problems im sure they will spot them

It seems to misfire more when it's warmed up so should I take her for a run and get her up to temperature ready for when you get here? Should save a little time instead of waiting for it up after you arrive
