Ok so this year unfortunately didn't happen but I've got email from them about next year bookings

I am emailing to see if you would like to book any Activity Days in 2017. As per the changes to our license due to noise complaints, we are still restricted on the number of Activity Days we can offer (with no weekend activity days), and must still noise test all participants (105bDA on static with current license). There must also still be no starting of engines or driving activity before 09:00 or after 16.00.
DATES
The dates we currently have available (on a first come, first served basis) are;
Fri 17 March
Fri 28 April
Fri 2 June
Fri 16 June
Fri 7 July
Fri 28 July
Fri 11 August
Fri 25 August
Fri 15 September
Fri 29 September
Fri 13 October
Fri 10 November
Please confirm receipt of this email, and let us know if you would like to book any of the dates. If there are additional dates you are interested in, please let us know, however, due to the restrictions we are somewhat limited on what dates we can offer.
We look forward to hearing from you.

So I'd like to know who wold be interested what dates (more or less) before I'd book it
Now I've spoke with Si and he's coming back for his holidays end of May and he'd love to go so I'm thinking book it for 2nd or 16th June.
There is 25 spaces per and I believe is around £50 per car (bit more if less cars) I'll find out more when this week.
This is first to book first to go sort of thing and I can book it now and pay month before event so put your names down asap

Put me and Bob down mate, we will be there for sure.
Any date will suit me but would be nicer in the summer as there isn't really any shelter there if it starts raining!

Most dates were taken the next day but some clubs booked more then one day and will not be needing them. We are on the reserved list and should know next week if we can get a day. Will let you know as soon as they get back to me.

Ok so we have date now Friday 28 July. Entry will be £44 per car providing we will have 25 cars (total cost is £1100) I'll need to pay them min one month before. List so far:

Well somehow I must have turned off notifications from this topic (what a tit).
Kate/Tim not sure about how strict they are about noise but bear in mind that they had to severely reduce number of days they do those activities due to noise complain... Although TVR on straight pipes sounds fooking awesome so I'm looking forward to it lol!

Chris I'll keep one slot for you mate, but would be great if you could let me know as soon as possible bud.
