Probably a ancillary coolant hose, from throttle bodies to main water pipe, with regards to the water in spark plug holes id use an air line or soak it up with kitchen towel or similar. This happened to mine when it was standing fopr a while and knackered the plug, corroded the plug..

With it being driverside i would guess its the coolant hoses on the oil cooler.
Saying that tho. I had another hose split today and the water was dripping or running out under the driver side of the engine but it was the hose under the bigger hose with the spring in.
I have had 3 hoses split in the last 2 weeks.
Just ordering a new set of samco.

As Stu says mate oil cooler as standard is at rear of block where your oil filter screws in. If it's power steering fluid pink/more red thicker then you have. Black bottle up a height the lids are never the best sealing bottom of that the black pipe end cracks or clip jubilee need replaced and cut a inch off the pipe if you got the length on it. But bottle needs emptied as you do it. Near bulkhead there is the banjo bolt these have cooper washers and get damaged so dose the metal pipe as people don't hold them as they try and undo the bolt. After that low level there is the pump again the pipe has copper washers that fail or can leak after time due to the way it was nipped up. Pump itself. Just remember with any fluid where it drips might not be the leak. Start high up and follow pipes etc to where they are damp/wet or start at bottom follow it up till you reach the dry part and make sure it ain't dripping off something else onto that pipe or item
