oil leak

hi guys,

i moved my R yesterday i preperatio to have the new clutch fitted and i noticed to oil marks on the floor. from what i can see it is running down from the rocker cover. as they are parallel with either end of the rocker cover. i have a new gasket ready to fit and i can't see oil cominf fromanywhere else. does it sound plausable that it is coming from there?

If that's where the oil leak starts then I'd say yes, if the oil leak does not start at the rocker cover, then no.

just fancied a second opinion. i thought this to be the case.nice one
