This mite sound a silly question, but i put some wilwood 4 pots & braided lines on my R about 4 months ago now & theyve never been right?

Dont get me wrong the calipers are ok & in good working orer but the stopping power is no better than standard brakes? ive rebled them more times than ive had hot dinners Sad & they still get no beter? Ive done a servo test where you pump & hold the pedal down with engine off & see if it sinks a little when you start he engine & all is good, also pedal dous not sink to floor which is a good thing Wink

But i have to stamp on the pedal near enough to slow down? there only jus about adiquate for the road!

Some1 said i may have a vac leak on the servo? Would i know if i did? & how do i chek if it is a vac leak? Rolling Eyes

You can check the front by getting some fairy liquid n abit of water mix it together in a squirty spray bottle and fire away you should see bubbles around the brake handle or where the vac pipe goes in or alternative i guess would be to take the vac pipe off where it joins pump it up and see if it drops obviously your need a gauge for that

I think 310mm should fit under sixteens all depends on the style of the rim tbh

U could always try a drain tester hire them out pretty cheap as they use silicone tubes that push on to the 4"inch bungs Very Happy

Engine on & start at left rear, right rear, left front, right front. Start futhest away from master cylinder & finish closest! Even power bled them as nomad says & still no better?

Lol no just seen some funny ways of people doing it letting the air back in etc. Are there two bleed nipples on them ? Are the bleed nipples up or down ? My k sport rears have stickers saying make sure there the right way up or on the right sides of car

wilwoods have four bleed nipples on them so they're universal fit, and have to be bled inside top first then outside top to get all the air out according to their website.

Yup as toaster said & ive bled them prob around 10 times. Im 99% sure there is no air in the system! & ive got servo!

I had to brake quite hard tonite & noticed i could feel the servo which obv is normal then the pedal felt like it was hitting a stop & wouldnt go down any further? Thats what makes me thin a vac leak on the servo?

gaz....if you have to put excess pressure on the brakes and it appears to be a servo fault but servo is working fine then i know 100% what the prob is as weve had this on 3 seperate occasions now....its the master cylinder jamming Wink
swap that and il guarantee you your problem will be cured
