Start car from cold revs stay st 2000 revs when it warms up it drops to just under 1000rpm then back up to 1500 revs stays there sometimes goes back to 1000revs changed temp sensor ,thermostat ,coolant sensor,check all pipes for leaks and dump valve new inlet gasket any ideas got apexi boost controller and apexi safc

How do I check it unluged it it revs up plug it back in revs go back down

Don't pierce the wires if you have a safc I will tell tomorrow but  your sensor check should let you do it
