Just to point out, it's not audible.
Car still drives and feels absolutely fine.

It only happens at low revs in any gear, off boost when accelerating slowly I can feel the accelerator pedal knocking. Like someone has a hammer and is tapping the underside of it or like abs when when brake too hard but not as fast.

It's more prominent in 4th at around 26mph and pulling away slowly.

Nothing I can see is loose, nothing I can hear or feel when free revving in neutral. Done the old screw driver to the engine trick and the engine sounds fine right up through the revs.

Guessing drivetrain or mount issue but not sure where to start looking. Thoughts?

engine mountings??

I'd have thought it would've made more of an impact than just feeding back through the pedal.
I'll try and get out for a look over the weekend. Hoping so, easy fix!

This is a strange one because the pedal is only connected to the engine via the accelerator cable!
So any feed back through the pedal from the engine would be through that cable.
I wouldn't of thought you would get much if any?

Maybe it's through the body of the car you are getting feed back?
If so I would of thought driveshaft or hub problem or maybe diff or transfer box?

Have you changed anything lately?
Wheels?
Suspension?
Tyres?
Brakes?

Dont suggest pulling away in fourth from 26mph is going to help find the problem

Twas the lampshade air filter with the metal ring.

When I accelerate hard it is pined to the IC pipe so no noise but when I move off slowly it taps against it and feeds back! Secured it correctly and now all is well

Brace them up boys!

I am glad, means I don't have to fork out what I'm using to re-shell it and tart all the mucky stuff underneath up.

Certainly not looking forward to getting it picked up. Going back and forth finding a way to get the shell and my car in the same place at a reasonable price.
