Yes it can, Gaz can confirm this too as he fitted to his car with ABS I believe.

Yes mate it fits... Pretty sure the mastercylenders are the same on ABS & non ABS GTiR's... Apart from the ABS unit itself obviusly, I think its just the proportion valve that's different between the 2

Gtir master cylinder port outlets are left and right NOT front and rear so any change of bore size will not effect brake bias ratio. Unless u fit a Gtr master that has the proportion valve inbuilt, but then u need to remove the stock gtir proportion valve.
