so i drove the car to where its parked about 3 hours ago, its since rained, now it dont want to go!

it eventually sort of started, but was running at about 500rpm, and it would only run with my foot on the accelerator slightly, if i let off it would stall, if i press down more it didnt make any difference, what the hell may be going on? now it just turns over and only attempts to start when i disconnect the injectors, coughs a few times then just turns over !

the plug cover mate ? my one now is carbon fiber but run a seal/bead  of silicone round or similar let it dry first then when you bolt it on and off it stays on the plug cover but helps seal once bolted down

that reply was for you lieghton

Never really ever had problems with water in the plugs
Once or twice if I'd been away on holiday for a month or so then I did.but daily driving never seemed to be a problem

either mate draft excluder heat gets to glue or gose brittle saying that it was just cheap crap I used mainly to stop rattle/vibration. I cling film works to stop silicone sticking.i just turned mine upside down bead let it dry onto plug cover job done

If it was either of those things though, touched the accelerator it should still attempt to rev, this does nothing
