Alright folks I've never done a timing chain before loads of belts but no chains is there a how to on the fourm?

Is it a case off lineing up all the marks and tensioner off or is there a special link like a bike chain to split the chain?

And can the inlet manifold come off in a Omer or do you need to split it into sections for removel ? Cheers Scott

inlet will come off in one piece

timing chains a doddle if doing rebuild as there are 3 bright links which correspond to indent marks on both cam sprockets and crankshaft end sprocket.
facelink sits directly over the indent marks so you cant go wrong really
