Just checking if they made it themselves or if it something they do or only if you getting a full build done. Looks very nice. Yep 5mm make sure all mounts are of little movement

30hrs of build time for that manifold...3mm thick...5mm gap...its a beast of a built.

They are happy to build whatever you want...not just full builds.

its getting coated..to finish it....metallic black (plasma coating)

They did a bit of magic with the rad location too so we have 25mm clearance lol.....the waste gate extra runs straight under the Alternator.

big count down....could be end of this week

Down pipe will be done tomorrow morning. Then she goes back together....under the bonnet packaging gets finished...So she will start for the 1st time Saturday or Monday. Once that's all done the take the manifold off, turbo housing and down pipe which get to Zercitec for its coating. This takes up to 10 days....once done she's good to go :O)

Its been a abit over 6 months since this thread started buts its incredible the amount of progress and work thats gone into the car over that period. Really enjoyed watching the updates

Its turn into a bit of an epic build really lol...now I think back It only wnent in to have the wheels rubbed down and re furbed hahahaah.....Shout to Stuart Mcabe at Elite who said about a customer intercooler....which lead to TDI and this but finally I thinks shes all back together...1 turn of the engine tomorrow...just ran out of time today!! hopfully have some pics of the engine back before the Zercitec coating. Watch this space....
