Took a few teaser pics when I was at TDI today...I've pinged them up on FB...Tho I did also fire them across on whats app to Leighton so hopefully he will ping them up for us :O)
We have ever piece of the jigsaw now...all shiny just needs slotting back together during the next week or 2 and bobs your uncle.

Ooooo we like shiny things are you making a high or low mount manifold?

Just out of intrest why are the holes in the manifold flanges oval ????

1) High or low mount......no idea......they are going to do what's necessary so will be a complete surprise to me too!! Can not wait to see the outcome.
2)They put it on a power flow meter...and going from Oval to round does something trick to the air flow...this is as much as I know. Its used on race applications but few road cars make use of it. I'm complete out of my depth with what they are doing at this point but he who dares right and all that.

A nice other trick with the turbo will be we are able to run a 0.2 spring with a control unit and each end of the external waste gate and we can still produce 2 bar of boost...a nice syvec trick ;o) This mean our boost range is huge and not kicking in a 1bar or anything silly...this help in artificially making your torque curves - Again nice tricks used in many race applications.

I find it all interesting...but you see what sometimes a phd in maths helps!!! That's what the pro are there for at the end of the day :O)

Manifold head flange looks like a mazworx cnc sr20Ve flange.
