why does my R feel like it wants to kill me

Can't believe what a difference it has made .. .. It's softened the ride some how . Now i have suspension if i press down it moves

What made the difference removing the brace ?

On the bad roads on the isle of wight it's called lovely suspension....... Hopefully with the gabs fitted it'll be firmer but still have some movement.... They will be on the softest setting....

I'm still shocked that that's what it was..... Possibly bad roads combined with stiff front end and a saggy bum

Isle of Wight is like the rest of the uk...I.e shit roads....where I am is notorious......what you have is chassis flex, with the brace it won't flex....be careful have seen a few cars that crack the front lower wishbone mounts, one thing you may want to think of is lowering the car on poor road surfaces means the sump and exhaust can take a beating which is another reason to put a brace on.
