They don't anymore, they check for leaks, jack the car up and check for knocking by lifting the wheel with a pry bar, the bouncing the car routine went out with Arthur Dailey,

Next thing you'll be telling me is you kick your tyres to check the tyre pressure.

Dismiss all of these we all know that the R's are vindictive evil little creatures!!! beat the thing back in line and tell it who is boss

In all fairness I think all R's do it to some extent

Torque steer and the front of the car lifting under acceleration...that's why camber and anti lift bushes were made by white line and why I said about Koni shocks etc.

Doubt it will be centre diff, very unusual . Change the wishbone rear bushes to the anti lift versions too.

Have you got the large washer on them, between the arm and bush?

just a thought are the ones pictured fitted correctly?
i.e are the bushes sided ?
if you zoom in on my pic you can see the bushes

Yes they are sided, and they are correct in that picture, check the anti roll bar mounts on the chassis as they have a nasty habit of splitting off the car.

Thought them 4 point underbraces were know to be far to harsh for road driving stiffen the front end way to much ? All poly bushed plus that on standard struts and springs that are old. Have you drove it without brace ?

Right then.. If the wheels are up in the air and i spin one wheel . It does nothing.. . I always thought that if you spin one the other should turn...
I've also removed the under brace

You don't need to remove the brace it will not cause you issues.....which wheel did you spin front or rear?

I spun a front with both fronts in air and rear on floor . . Then i jacked one rear and spun that with both fronts still in air . . Turning Nothing made another wheel spin

I didnt think it was good practice to spin front without the back being free ?

Right on a normal car with all four wheels off the ground with it in neutral and no brakes on,

Turn 1 rear wheel by hand will make the other rear will turn and one or both front in the same direction.

Turn 1 front wheel will result in the other front turning the opposite way (non front LSD).

Now with the handbrake on and the car in gear, get one person to hold one front wheel and try to turn the other....you should feel a lot of resistance.

Do this then report back.

Done that.. Wheels don't move.. One tries to turn The other Laughing ...
Then i took it out for a real blast.. What a difference removing the centre brace has actually made.... Suspension actually has movement...

It's just me being soft.. Nothing wrong with the car.. Now the front moves it drives fine....
