Theres some truth in there bob not really a way to run a buisness ..... I certainly wont do any trade with them lol i do agree lots of keyboard warriors get on the band wagon but then again if you didnt want people to know that your having a dispute with a customer then dont advertise all over facebook or forums like it was said in the long post everybody makes mistakes we are only human but i guess admitting it would be more costly than a reputation thing for them.

yeah tbh as i said on post on gtiroc....it should never have got that far and the pair of them between them should have sorted the guys car out
that way none of this would have been spread all over the forums, plus he now runs the risk of losing his license

I agree. you got to feel sorry for the customer though hes the one left with fook all . ... Thing is nowadays thats the miracles of the internet where it was just word n mouth now its easy accessable to all over the globe and bad words spread fast and can ruin a reputation over night . Its going to have a knock on effect for sure.
