Windows very slow to come up. I’ve removed the glass and checked it working on it’s own... no problems at all.
Have also greased up the central runner for good measure.
Can’t see why they are so slow.

Did you use silicon spray to lube the runners?

No I haven’t used anything on the rubbers.
They are brand new rubbers which I changed recently, although they were quite slow beforehand. I was kind of assuming that was the issue but didn’t know about the silicone spray idea. Does that work without looking shite?

Silicone spray just reduces friction which should ease it up quicker ...

I was curious if it was both windows and was presuming the motor, but see how the spray goes.

Another vote for silicone lube on the rubbers, works a treat!
Roll the window down and spray it inside the rubbers and leave for a while to dry before closing. Gives it time to dry off and stay put better Smile
