Strut top arrow

I've put my springs back on and on the top of the strut is a small triangle type arrow. Which way should this point? I'm assuming the 3 bolts that hold the leg to the car are off set so will only go one way but it's hard to lift and look on your own if that makes sence

If you have bolted it to the hub use a jack underneath to get it close and spin it accordingly ..

Looked it up and the arrow should point away from the car if that makes sence. Anyway it's worked lol thanks nomad
