Right because im quite sad ive been trying to work the g force on going at 263mph i used a mph to g force converter and it comes out a 11 g's at 5 seconds does that sound right lol

So..................................

v = u + at

where v is the final speed, u is the initial speed, a is the acceleration, and t is the time taken to get to the final speed.

v = 263 mph = 117.6 m/s
u = 0 mph (standing start)
a = ???
t = 5 seconds

117.6 = 0 + (5a)
a = 117.6 / 5 = 23.5 m/s/s ~ 2.3g

So the acceleration is around 2.3g. Scary for a road car, so I can only imagine what its like on water

Haha if I didn't know how to do that my employers would be sending me my P45 LOL  Only downside is knowing these things doesn't make me any better (or quicker) at working on my car...............................

If you can accelerate at more than 1g in a car/boat, it makes you wonder why anyone would jump out of an airplane!
