im going to have a look at the car tomorrow, take wheel off and check the pulley and also change the altenator belt (i couldnt get one in time when i done the altenator so gonna just do it and see if it makes any difference, if not then its done anyway).

Does anyone have the part numbers for the belt with aircon, or the size? as the motor factors doesnt have them on system.

Don't think need to be sorry, it is all relevant information that somebody else will maybe benefit from.

Me in particular, I didn't know the length of the belt for no air con, I do now Smile

It's a team effort here .
bolt & washer can be reused, you probably wise pull it off to check keyway key ok &bolt/washer good & correct. so many cars been bodged so wise check prior to doing ordering.
They got pulley in UK/EU stock !
We have companies here that can re-manufacture the pulley (about 40gbp) go new oem myself though while still available.

If you can't get it off I can possibly post you some grease they use in the airforce to get bolts undone

Well i dunno if elbowgrease is useful as the pulley just keeps turning, anyone know the size of the bolt so i can grab a socket for my breaker bar (having to use an adjustable spanner).

Also grabbed the tool mr b recommended for pulling the pulley off

Bolt on tensioner that locks it in position  left side as you look at it from the front then slacken the adjuster. One goes oppersit way to what you think sure it's adjuster on there
