hi..i currently have my radiator fans on the inside(engine side) pulling the air through..is that the best way or would it be better mounting the fans on the outside pushing the air through? any difference my intercooler is mounted on the front.

With push style fans you need pay extra attention to shroud design as you could seriously hinder speed induced airflow through the core .
