Would assume if yours original paint etc and only just starting notice common arch issue rest probably good. Cars that get garaged or even just under a car port are massively cleaner ...
I can agree with Mr B on this after stripping my R. Both sills gone at the rear along with both rear arches; inner and outer. Didn't look quite as bad until I got a tapping hammer out, that soon showed the true damage...
