U need to manually adjust it,click on your profile then preferences then scroll all the way down and set

Yep as ajay said its not the forum clock thats wafty its your profile clock that is out as its probably in the wrong time zone on your profile settings ....

I've changed the time but I can't seem to change the date-is not given me Monday as an option only Tuesday /tomorrow.

Then your not on the right time zone mate you must be on utc plus +12 or something ????
