funny you should say that, ive just been in contact with the hotel, haven't booked it as yet so I can take your room if you're sure. have you paid yet or is it pay on arrival?

It'll do me a favour just in case I don't get my car sorted in time.
If I do I'll either try and get a room nearer the time or travel up in the morning.
I paid up front. It was £76.50.

I have a exhibitors pack now so a update on information for the event.
Donnington will open for us to arrive between 7:30 - 9:00 am.
So please make sure you are there nice and early chaps as you won't get in after 9:00am.

If you can't make the event or get there at the times stated please let me know!!!

I will forward on the exhibitors pack via email to everyone attending so please send me addresses.

It also looks like we are going to have a few free spaces as a couple have had to drop out for various reasons. So if you would like come to this let me know and I will see what we can do.

Looking like it's going to be a amazing day so don't miss out!!!!!!!
