Can't be his plugs as problem was before he changed them from what I gather
Check for dampness and condensation in dizzy cap and coil where leads plug in
As said check rotor arm grub screw to make sure it's still in there and rotor hasn't spun
Basically dry out and water seal every electrical connection as damp can cause havoc
If you've swapped afm and still the same it's more than likely one of the above
