Not really built into turbo but generally has something supplied/fitted in the inlet be it banjo type fitting with very small bore or AN threaded adaptor with very small bore.
Problem is a lot of people are clueless to fact of oil pressure control to the roller bearing cartridge & discard the supplied fittings if not working with their oil pipe system so when buying used it best double checked.
HKS garrett on couple of R's I come across had 0.9mm bore fittings on oil inlet.

From garret site.....

WARNING – On some applications a secondary 0.040” oil feed restrictor may be required. If the oil pressure exceeds 40 to 45 psi at maximum engine speed then it is recommend to fit the secondary restrictor to prevent oil being forced past the pressure differential oil seals and the turbo being incorrectly diagnosed as faulty. For further information please contact sales@turbodynamics.co.uk

SO WHAT IS THE OIL PRESSURE FOR GTIR AT MAX REVS

I use 0.9mm restrictor on 54C  to get around 42psi & that what most garrett suppliers/users inc HKS use here.
Max oil pressure on the R is potentially 20+psi over recommended max for BB cartridge. I think a fair few in UK run without but if you buy a GT turbo in US or here in Asia you get asked about oil pressure or recommended restrictor size on known applications
