NGK Plugs... I cant for the life of me remember....

.... Which number is the one to use... i had them in my last gtir, they are the ones for mildly tuned.

I want to say NGK BCP7 something???

I could of sworn 8's was a heat range for pushing 400...

Im sure i remember fitting 7's Sad Or is that cause im old...

gap them to .7mm and they will be fine

only downside with them is they don't last as long as iridium plugs but safer if you have any det issues  Wink 
but you can buy 3 sets for price of one set of iridiums
