Castle comb Rally Day info /booking

This event is going ahead now  

on the 20th of september we as a club will be attending Rally day at castle combe  

the club will lay out a spread of food and drink on the day so it looks like chef dave will be serving some food poison out to you all

early bird price is £13 for car+ driver and £10 for the passenger kids under 16 go free

we have untill saturday the 3rd of may for the early bird price if this deadline is missed dont panic as we can still fit you in at a later date

so can everyone plesae add there name to the list after they have made payment in to the club account,
sadly there is a 4% paypal charge that you need to add up on payment for the day.

The event will go ahead
The club will get a marque and club banner so we have a proper stand.
We will also supply food and drinks and lay on a BBQ  for all members which is free of charge as will use the money from rest of the club funds

Please pay the money to the club account so for each car and driver p you'll need to pay £14 or £24 for car and a passenger
Basically each passenger is £10

Should be a really good day and we as a club will try make it an event you won't forget

Gaz GTiR... Will pay tomorrow. What if I get a passenger nearer the time? can they pay on the gate?

Is that £24 for car + a pasenger with the 4% PayPal fee included? Or do I need to add the 4% on top?

£24 for car + 1 passenger

Yes £24 is for car driver and passenger including paypal fees if you have more passengers then you'll need to add an extra tenner for each one plus a bit to cover the extra fees

Will be the first real club day we've had with a stand so let's make it a great turn out and show people this clubs a force to be reckoned with, especially with Dave as the BBQ chef

i see on the club booking form pdf it might be possible, but it is a generic booking form and there is no indication on the main website...? anyone know the answer?
