The nissan pain

Cracking open a 14mm nut on my calliper and pulled my bloody neck. So now I'm stuck on the sofa trying in vein to sit in a comfy position. Stinking of deep heat, mind you at least it feels warm in here without the central heating on. Must remember to wash hands before toilet lol

Lol think of the central heating bill you have managed to cut down ..... im trying to work out how you pulled your neck ..... did you tie a rope around the spanner then pulled upwards

Lol no I wasn't dragging myself around. I was at a funny angle looking around the back of my breaks pulling at a 14mm nut.

I pulled my neck and back out working on the car last week but the funny thing is I don't even know how I did it, I didn't do anything strenuous I just hurt myself somehow and thought nothing of it until later when the pain started to set in and I began to feel like an 80 year old man

Ive pulled a muscle in my shoulder go karting about 4 weeks ago, still not healed Old age is deffo catching up with me

Lol johnny, what a shit nights sleep, couldnt get comfy tossing and turning, more of the turning than tossing. Got in bed and the wife said are you alright ? Do you want anything so i said hows about a bliw job but she didnt think it would help... Bet it would !
