I have the HiSpec Motorsport 4 Pot Brake Calipers and 325mm Discs, what pads to use? Carbotech xp10? The car is mostly used on the street, will the xp10 be noisy?

I thought xp8 were more fast road/track and xp10 were track
my xp8s are always squeeling after traffic or slow driving have to keep going down the road rather fast and brake to 0 to clear them but what a brilliant pad from cold right up to very hot can not fault them and well worth the extra money highly recommend

Any recommendations on rotors? Oem pistons for now, after market rotors that are absolutely garbage.
