We've just bought a load of camping gear to take the kids on a different kind of holiday and it looks like we won't be able to use it the way this shite weather is!

We go away every Whitt week and its always the hottest week of the year! It's forecast to fecking rain ffs

not on the cost, between mountains and sea mate! google map my position "Embrun" is a really good place, close to Gap, close to the lake of Serre ponçon...there is a camping place just close to the lake

yeah i have a brand spankin new tent to whip out, duno when that will be though

im hoping this year we have a roasting July / August
last year i seem to recall May / June - really hot - then July / August was pretty poor
all this shit weather now MUST mean a decent bit of sun later on in the year
here's to hoping......

Summer??? if we get one... Not got alot on but im worrying about getting my car back in time & ready for nurburgring.
Arches havent been welded in yet & its got to be painted aswell yet, then ive got to find time to put it all back together

sort rocker gasket & crank seal
fit wideband
get camber set up
& mot it, etc etc

Not got alot of time left so alot to sort before 1st of august, so im hoping we get some nice weather as ill be on my drive sorting it all

here a picture of a little lake very close to Embrun...if you wish to do camping nearby it's possible...i took it 2 years ago.

The view is amazing be nice to wake up to that everyday .
