Any idea if a 14 pin consult to OBD2 adapter (link below) would actually work with generic code reader?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-14-pin-to-16-pin-OBD-to-ODB2-Code-Reader-Scanner-diagnostic-cable-adapter/121597488096?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D49130%26meid%3Dfa49be96ca8e4ee7a8e59d57c00dd1c7%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D221030951520%26itm%3D121597488096&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

Reason I ask is that I've got a Bluetooth OBD2 dongle thingy that speaks to a program called 'Torque' on my Android phone...would be nice if I could buy an adapter cable for my R and use the same dongle...
Very Happy

The interface that Mr B lists above is very good value. I have one and it does work well.

Installing the drivers can be a bit funny as it originates from Windows 98/XP and Windows 7/8/10 can be an arse with it, but if anyone experiences a problem give me a shout and I'd happily talk you through installing it.

Now for my salesman pitch... I am still selling these:
http://www.gtir-motorsport-club.com/t6348-nissan-diagnostics-on-windows-and-android

My consult interface works with Windows and Android, USB and Bluetooth. I provide free software and support. £55 delivered UK, £65 rest of world.

With the software I provide you can do datalogging, fault codes, see all the sensor parameters live which connect to ECU etc. You can also do video and datalogging for racerender which the £20 USB consult cannot do...

Racerender video here:

bluetooth example on phone using Nistune ecu, you can make custom displays, dials, bars, etc...:

(does not work on standalone ecus like apexi pfc, link, haltech etc., only works with standard and piggyback like nistune...)
