hi all. when i operate the door lock from inside the car.the passenger door makes a clicking noise but fails to lock..is it a simple fix anyone had that before.thank you for any advise guys.

from locking the drivers door from outside? no. i have to lock passenger door with key.

Either the rod isnt attached or the soleniod is up the pan .... iirc mine is the same just one of the many jobs on my to do list lol

Yep as Nomad said, or there is a broken wire, and or poor connection in the loom that goes between the door and the A post mate.

thanks for the advise..i hope its not a connection problem in the loom!!! that sounds a lot of messing about?

Presume the connection for the lock is in one of the two plugs ....the passenger side plugs are hidden behind the kick panel mine where behind foam pull that out and your see them .... my money is on the soleniod ...
