Well the motivation to get the car back on the road for the time trials has meant me doing a 9hour day on the pulsar today .. I'm happy to say bar needing to buy a 32mm socket to tighten the hub nut it's done . fully rebuilt and ready to rock .
Before i put the cover on last time i made sure i did all the rust protection and undersealing so i was left with smply rebuilding
Started by sorting the cv joint out .
And fitted the suspesnion
Word of advice for everyone between the bottom of the wing and the car is an area that catches mud and crap .
clean it out before it starts to rust through the wing or the car.
im lucky mines always clean but can imagine it's just waiting to fill with stuff
another immaculate sill
then the brakes , wing , sh1t guard
headlight and indicator duct
grill and bumper
turned her over with the plugs out .. then put them back in
And then fired her up
First turn and look how she idled .
Turned her round and parked her up
just got an oil and filter to do & fit the last red mud flap then a visit to edd @ fusion to get her mapped
