johnny gtir wrote:what cams you thinking of running ? only from what i have read and we all know you dont belive everything you read very minimal gains for the amount of setting up on the rollers taking the rocker on and off. i guess dependant on the cams they could help you
nomad29 wrote:Did you fit them yourself. ...? just i didmt think kelford did them for the pulsar and had a look om there website and they dont list them
nomad29 wrote:Oh right i wasnt doubting you mate just didnt think they did so whats your set up then rich?
Dont no yet aint run it But your right they are supposed to spool alot quicker as there dual roller bearing, its supposed to spool the same if not a little quicker than the old gt3071 but has the same flow and capabilities as the old gt3582 so should be good. Hope to have it all running in about 4 weeksnomad29 wrote:Lol i didnt think you was mate. .... Well you definatley put some time and money into it then how do you find the gtx tubby they are the new garret ones meant to spool up quicker compared to the old style?
Dan the Gearboxman wrote:You need adjustable cam sprockets to set the timing of them to kelfords specs, otherwise you will not get the benefit of the cams and could actually make less power.
