tein coilover nuts

I know this is a long shot

I have just bought a set of coilovers and two of the top nuts are threaded
Would anyone have any knocking about?

I looked on the Tein site but couldn't find any. Dont have the part number to search either.
I have just ordered a spring seat and locking nut at the cost of £50

If you can't get hold of them you could always get some hex bar of the appropriate size and get a machine shop to turn them on a lathe and tap the thread in the centre mate, it's something that I've had to do before.

Leighton that's the .com site. The uk site doesn't list the nuts and when you put in a part code it brings up a list that you can't order from.
I don't know what suspension it is.
I got the part numbers off the spring seat and nut and then got the new revised equivalent parts off the list that you can order off.

I have ordered some m12x1.25 nuts
And im looking for some m12 sleeves x 18mm that are 13mm long lol

And I have also bought a m12 with 1.25 pitch die to make the threads on the struts clean..

Have you tried speaking to them stu? I'm pretty sure they can get anything you need, but you may have to wait a bit.

I hadn't phoned them.
Just spoken to them on the phone and they have asked me to send them an email with part numbers and pictures so they can see what I need.
Gave them a part number and they said it was out of stock.
Will wait to see what they say from my email tho.

I coukd see it listed on the site but there is no way of purchasing it.
The guy I spoke to said it may be because it is put of stock.

could you not buy something like this and modify/machine to suit?

No because the nut has a sleeve that goes through the top mounts.

Spoke to tein dirrect and they are adding the nuts to my order

All good then stu ....

Because I have been in hospital I havent been able to finalise my order with tein.
I ordered a die and tap before I spoke to tein.
They arrived while I was in hospital.
I have just finished re tapping and dieing the nuts and struts and have been able to sort it out
So I just need to wait on the 1 seat and locker and can finish rebuilding the struts
