Engine parts machining

Anyone have any recommendations for engine machine work , we are in Surrey but can travel or ship so no issues.
Need :
Block pressure tested and cleaned honed maybe rebored
Heads skimmed
Valve seats recut for larger  valves
New valve guides installed
Crank checked ground etc
