What coolant to use?

What do people tend to use, water + antifreeze or a antifreeze coolant concentrate?

Its only going to be for occasional road use not track use if that makes any difference?

Some say it don't matter but blue is for our cars.

If you can be bothered distilled water and antifreeze is best but add a little tap water.
I just use tap water and blue antifreeze

Lots of people use other colours and say it dose no harm. Probably would take a while to notice something else would prob fail first but it's eating there engine from inside out
