Buy oem or blueprint, blueprint ADN17814 can be had at good price normally.
the standard bolts can clamp huge power.

Many people have used arp with no problems on the R, others have had problems, seems a mixed bag really.

^ yeh I think some maybe down to fitting (bit like par gearkit in early days of uk use) but I don't think they worth risk or the cost when standard bolts been good on many high 400 & 500 & beyond builds .

Danny had arp on his and head lifted then he had 500plus and now just over 600 and he I am sure is on standard bolts and had no issues

Don't use arp head studs if you want to avoid problems as they do not seat correctly in the block, they then unwind and you will have issues with head lifting. Many other marquees use them with no issues but then they generally run narrower less sturdy bolts (such as 200sx).

If you want some good head bolts we have some in stock from original engines which have only been used once and these can be re-used with no issues and will save you a fair few quid
