Bonnet stuck??!!!

Bonnet is stuck and won't open ??! Any ideas how I can open it ? Can't pull the lever out under the bonnet ?

What happens when you pull the leaver in the car ? Could it just be a case of the latch playing up try getting someone to put pressure down or pull up slightly to realise the catch then pull leaver under bonnet

Get someone to push down where bonnet latch is then pull the lever a few times

Yes I never wrote bonnet but that's where I ment when I said apply pressure

I tried it myself but I will get someone to give me a hand! suppose that is what happens when you leave it sat there!!

Once it's open clean it up abit and grease it

Sometimes a good tug up on the bonnet while someone is pulling the release lever does it.

Well tried that and nothing!!

Yes Rob may have too! Not sure if it's cable or latch. Having arches sorted out then pop over mate

If they are welding you arches you will need to disconnect the battery ..
Is that under the bonnet?

Can anyone help me on this?! It is well and truly stuck??!!! Want my arches done and can't!!!! Little play if you push down on the bonnet, but the lever inside the car won't budge!! Please help lol

You could try un bolting the bonnet pull inside the car.
You need to take the plastic kick pannel off and then theres two screws holding it to the inner pannel.
It might just stretch the cable out enough to free the cable up when you pull the handle.
Orher than that. Take front bumper off and see if you can get your hand up to release it with a screwdriver.

I was going to say bumper off next cant see another way round it ...

How do I go about it?

I had a spare front grill.. So when the cable snapped on mine I just cut a chunk out of the front grill and released it.
Probably not the best way - but quick and easy..

i just give it a whack and try opening it again. always works on my n13 and the pulsar lol
