Ok car came off the road last sept for the winter and a respray, up till then breaks we're fine, however while at the painters he commented that over the two weeks he had it it was getting harder and harder to push around the workshop but I just put it down to surface rust or lack of use. However taken it for the mot today and noticed the breaks we're holding me back slightly, it passed but he said the breaks we're sticking but I know him we'll and said I'd strip the callipers as soon as I got home which I have done including removing and cleaning the main piston and the two sliders. Only thing I can find is the top slide pin which is slightly smaller than the bottom one is a bit stiffer than the other. Not sticking (you can move it in and out by hand ) but apart from that everything else is clean free and greased. Spun the wheel and fine till you press the break then it breaks but doesn't fully release. You can turn the wheel by hand when on axel stands but it's very hard to do. Any idea's folks?? Is there a valve or anything that can stick???
