isle of Wight car show 20/09/2015

Right  I've spoken to the bloke who runs this event and he has said we can have room for up to 10 cars in the show.

So who is interested ?

The show is on 19/20th september .
 so a Saturday and Sunday
The Saturday ison newport quayside and has limited space .
but the Sunday is the better and busier day as it is on the esplanade  right next to the beach  in ryde  so could all park up next to each other and have a BBQ in the afternoon on the beach

They have a big American section with newer and old yank tank's.
They had a section with the Ford boys , sierras and escorts cosworth and a few xr's
Mostly older cars from 1920's - 60's    
Few ferrari's , lamborghini's , lotus  carlton's , noble
But hardly any Japanese cars .

There are plenty of places to stay local to me if anyone wants to come over for a night or two amd make a weekend of it. .
ferries normally cost about £40 return ...

I will try and get things sorted out to make it a definite.

If anyone wants to do this you need to send an SAE  to the bloke who will then send a vehicle pass for your car. ..

Or send me an sae and I'll send them all in one go

I get the 3 summer months off work, so far all the shows with stands have been before it, after it or during my honeymoon, going to miss them all.

haha it would. My geography is pretty bad. Cant make it anyway!.

We are in Rob we will be over middle of next month if all goes well so we can sort out the money for it then

I've got holidays and a place to stay booked. We have booked a caravan. Can check if we could have extra people staying for Saturday night if somebody would like that.
