Newbie that's all ready balls deep into a gtir build :)

Hi lads and ladies (if there's any)
Just bagged my self a pulsar gtir import in a sorry state
She's in a bad way underneath props come off the box at some point and torn into the transaction tunnel so welding it up this week, shes has lots of knocks whines and leaks, hoping you all can help me with it ) all ready spoke to the big man bob who is a very handy chap to know it seems lol I've built a beast of a glanza in the past year so I'm no stranger to technical talk or modding just want to know what direction I'm best going in for fast road set up......

Needs some telephone numbers for new shaft seals and odd clips etc also info on upping the boost and my gearbox troubles so give me a pm or post on here cheers rob aka bigfoot

Upping the boost ... depends on what you want to achieve to whats the best way forward .... as for gearbox whats the trouble you have ????

Iv just asked stu to upload me some pics until my newbie ban is up hold tight people and know who's cheapest l/best for driveshaft seals and propshaft seal on back of box, the box is selecting fine but whines and diff clunks but I'm not used to it so could all be fine, feels slow compared to my Glanza but know this standardiish beast has potential :p cheers lads looking forward to getting dirty

Td04 pal 242 bhp bar boost,tuning developments map fully rebuilt the engine when the head gasket went on me last year and it's just been go go go since then pal and thre is some pics on pulsar that stuff uploaded to his photo bucket pal on page one

Those wheels on the grey pulsar look like very sought after speedlines to me or am I wrong?
I remember having a set of those which a guy called dean had on his car we then bought. everyone wanted the rims from it, I never liked them if I'm honest but was told they were ultra rare

No didnt drive it as the lad wanted more than i was offering. Then when he changed his mind and wanted me to buy it. I had changed my mind...
Did hear it running and when you engaged the clutch. The thrust bearing was rattling...
Lad who viewed it after me said that he took it for a drive and the rear diff was fucked and gearbox made a horrible noise while driving it.

Cheers bob . I drove it home from telford with no issues the gears all select fine but the is a bad leak from the gbox, I suspect it was topped up for sale so I made it home but sounded really whiney and clunky on set off , the rear drive shafts are really easy to pull in and out wondering if thees supposed to be clip on them? I feels quite slow so must be running like a bag of shit these no air filter on it but I doubt it would make it this bad
