New pulsar advert

Was just on this site on the iPad with tv on in the background and my ears pricked up as my subconscious heard new nissan pulsar. To be fair I quite like it but it would be better if as it drove down the road an old one came screaming past lol

Ye didn't think the nismo was out till 2016 but if I remember right Bob said it might be at the donnington event stand

Yeah think i remember bob saying ..... its nice but it doesnt stand out nowherd near our ones do no real character i dont think even the nismo one will alter much with regards to looks ...

yes we are advised the nismo car will be at rockingham for the 25th, theres only the one at the moment and its currently in Europe but is coming over for goodwood so there trying to get it over a week earlier so it can appear with the ''older far superior model'' on our stand

Do you know what lump its sporting bob .... is it the shitty 1.6 renault engine ?

I believe so Leighton but not 100% on that all I know is that its a 1.6 fwd turbo so assuming its the same engine that's in the juke

Thats really disapointing thought nissan would of pulled there finger out and produced a sporty engine for it ive drove a nismo juke and cant say i was that impressed it seems to lack that throw you back in the seat excitement like the old school turbo cars used to have....

yeah ive driven the nismo juke too, had it for a couple days whilst my gtr was having couple bits done.
I was thinking of buying one until I drove it, very disappointing, was nippy but certainly not fast and the build quality on certain bits like around window trims/doorcard was shocking

My friend who has a garage specializing in nissans told me that you can unleash some horses with a simple map on the juke, the fuel map on the 1.6 turbo almost starves the engine of fuel.

on the subject of the new pulsar, i think its just same crap as any other Megane RS, focus rs golf gti etc etc. I love 90s jap cars, they were way different to anything that came out in europe. Im still excited about seeing the nismo version but it just wont be as cool as the GTI-R.

Our Pulsar's were engineered to be the basis of a weapon to tackle the WRC. The latest Nismo Pulsar certainly wasn't!
