Doe Show 2015

Just thought I'd see if anyone would be interested in attending my company's show on the 3rd-5th of Febuary. Good free day out if you have kids or nephews/nieces etc as they can view all sorts of tractors, combines and heavy machinery. There is also demonstrations of the machinery we sell in action from chainsaws up to big tractors ploughing and diggers in action. Its only 5 mins from junction 20a/b on the A12 and you might also find a good deal in our showroom on machinery, clothing or parts. Check out the link for more info and location:

Do you get to have a go in them pete ???

You can get in a lot of them but don't think you can drive/operate any of them. Having said that last year our demonstrators were taking people round an off road course in a selection of all terrain vehicles. I find the digger driver interesting to watch as ive seen him do things that appear impressive.

It's a shame I'm so far away or I would have gone, I'm a 360 operator myself so would be interesting to see the new models!

No but do fancy going one day Leighton. It doesn't take up all of your day but I know many that love to bring their kids along.
What size excavator you operate Pete? We are a Hyundai and New Holland dealer.

Above and below 10 ton tracked, currently on. A 14 ton hitachi doing deep drainage, but just depends where and what we are doing, was on a brand new 36 ton cat a few weeks ago, great machine!

Lol its the only part of the day that i get free belive it or not we get two cups of tea and thats all we have time for all day. Having to eat out every night is becoming expensive and annoying having to drive after a 12-14 hour shift. And scotland is a 0 tolerance on alcohol and driving

Well 2 days down only one more to go which is a relief. Getting up at 5am to start work at 6 and then not being home till after 7 is fookin tiring! Im guessing no one made it along?

I am working away but if i was closer i would of attended as it looks a good day out and interests me

Im a hermit has it been busy pete .... weather hasnt been to bad other than a little chilly ....

The parking got to about 90% full which is good but we normally fill the place the first day. Second day about 80% and today was around 60% which is a bit busier than normal. Apparently made £200,000 extra on the first day over last years earnings so that will please the hierarchy. Its been cold all week but wasn't too bad when your wearing 4 layers.
