Blueprint outer cv boot

Could anyone advise me as to where I can get a cheap outer cv boot from please? The one euros had sold me was too small and have already cut the old one off as well doh!

it actually fits as i bought one and seemed too small, managed to get it on eventually

but ebay for the cv joint and boot, the kit costs about the same as just a boot and its a much better fit than the europart

Thanks digitalfaze and shroom I will have a go at fitting it tbh I didn't try I had just finished the o/s inner boot had stripped n/s to do the outer had a look at it and thought it looked too small will definetly give it a go though if not probably do eBay took 3 weeks for the inner one from nissan don't want to wait that long again lol

yeah you need to stretch it to fit over, bit of a pita but it will go on, best using cable ties as the clips supplied wont stretch around it because the boot is stretched, i was in the same position really, done the other n/s boots with the ebay ones then went to do the o/s outer with a europart (think it says on the box mazda and some other make, not nissan :/ ) took the boot off and cried and moaned at the missus for ordering stupid parts but thought i had better try it as everything was off, its a really tight fit and i intend to fit a better one later on when i have time

yeah the cv joint and boot kit from ebay for like £18 is ok, i never used the joint just the boot but its a perfect fit

Yeah its not a very pleasant job at the best of times. I had a quick look on eBay before posting and there was some reasonable stuff on there. I have always got them from there. Hope you get it sorted :-)

Outer is same as gti almera primera & can be found at any decent motorfactors.
ICP stock all front & rear except front LH tripiod one which needs be blueprint & is about £14
All other are £7ish or less.
The ICP boots are very very good quality >

That's usefull as I need to do my drivers side inner boot when I change my box

I always fit the universal ones, cost peanuts and fit good

proper ones fit better & bellowed better to the joint & also peanuts price if shop about or get trade at a motorfactors.
eBay not the cheapest & tends to be 30%+ on prices for basic parts like this .

first line parts do the outers

also do front right inner
PART NUMBER: FCB 6031

Solid Ace parts do them too but quality to price the ICP boots are best followed by Blueprint if factors do you trade.
