I'll just be taking my Pulsar pal. It goes alright and handles reasonably well so it should do OK, and not be too embarrassing!.......... Fingers crossed!!

you hit the nail on the head mate a good laugh. As long as you enjoy yourself and car is ok at the end that's all that matters. good on you get the R used

I do all the events just as a laugh! I have nobody I need to impress and the car is OK at the moment for my liking!
I'm sure I'll give it some good abuse, I do a few events in it, it was only last weekend I was Drag racing at York Raceway with it! Most people love seeing a Pulsar running an It's always a bonus if it's still running at the end..... Means I don't have to rebuild it again!!!

Good for you get some pictures or vids of it if possible how did york go ?

Ayup pal! Yes, they helped push it along while queuing for the handling circuit, it was very nice of them! It was really, really warm and a very good weekend! I did break it eventually on the Sunday though while dragging it!! I weren't particularly sympathetic with any of my launches so it had to happen eventually!!

I smashed the end casing of my gearbox James! Proper put a massive hole in it! I've now got it on the ramp so going to take the box out again and this time I'll put a brace on it when it's fixed! Just hope I haven't damaged too many quaife bits inside! I was running 11.5 second quarters though so it weren't hanging about!!

If you need another end case I've got one sitting here you can have cheap
Make a f/g glove brace for it guarantee you it'll hold the rear case together but won't stop it punching through the other end unfortunately

Not good. At least you was enjoying the car when it broke. Good times mate. Always liked your car. Went really well at the sprint day a few years back.

Cheers pal, I was happy enough with the times for now!! It's only 410 at the moment Bob, it was 430 before I blew it up! It's running with that head you sorted for me! I had it all gas flowed an that to help with the power! Only running 1.6 bar though as it started surging so will get an anti surge housing and run a bit more once it's run in!
I've got 2 spare gearboxes sat at my work Bob which I've had for a while pal, so until a destroy both these, I should be ok! I'll give you a shout if I do need anything though! I've read the thread, and I'm deffo going to get a brace for it, just to prevent me doing the end casing again, I'm sure I'll break something else though!
It does go really well still for the power, it's quicker now than at the sprint day, I've got a front Modena LSD to put in it now as well, that should help, I liked yours as well James! It will be good if a load of us can make the sprint day again next time! I enjoyed those!

I'd upload pictures of the damage and some videos of a couple of races, but I don't know how to do it on here on my phone!
